Teladoc is another option for accessing healthcare. Teladoc is a telemedicine provider- this means you can access a physician by phone, mobile device, or mobile app all from the convenience of your residence. This means no waiting in a crowded medical office or hours in an emergency room. This Teladoc service does not cost you any additional fees - no deductibles, copayments or coinsurance.
Teladoc physicians can treat you for most illnesses or injuries for which you would normally visit a doctor's office or urgent care center. You can register for this service as soon as you land in the USA and your policy becomes effective! Here is the information you will need to register for this exciting program. Teladoc consultations do not involve any additional costs. Teladoc is only available in the USA and to participants aged 18 or older. Dependents under 18 are allowed if in the presence of a parent or legal guardian at time of consultation.
Please note that Teladoc is a separate program from your health insurance program.

- You can also call (800) 835-2362 if you prefer to register by phone
- Enter the following information in each field and click ‘Continue:’
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Zip Code ( You must register using the zip code on your Teladoc ID card which is 19038. Please remember unless you contact Teladoc registrations and have this updated, always use this zip code)
- Email Address: Your primary email address
- Preferred Language: Your preferred language to be used
- Gender
- If your benefits are found, select the option that says, my Benefits Provider/Organization's name is Westminster Theological Seminary (as indicated on your Teladoc ID card) and click ‘Continue':
- Note: If your benefits are not found, please call (800) 835-2362 to talk to a client support representative who will help you find your account.
- Follow the rest of the steps to complete your registration.

OnCall International is a Global Assistance Program which works with your insurance administrator, ASRM, to determine eligibility, approve benefits and arrange all services in the event of a medical evacuation, medical repatriation, or repatriation of remains. OnCall must be contacted prior to any of these services being rendered. If OnCall is not contacted first and pre-authorizes all services, the services will not be eligible for reimbursement.
